What We Do
We
turn the complex into something simple.
We create the infrastructure between your systems.

Many people treat AI, systems integration and data management as a self-contained project. You bring in a team that sets up something cool and polished, 'forgets' to mention what you actually earn and save on it, and then tells you what it cost.
Six months later, when you want to change, replace or add something, you have no choice but to tear it all down and start over.
Instead, we see integrations as a product you own. Designed, driven, and built to last longer than the team that wrote the first version.
Everything we do is based on your business: margin, revenue, customer experience, products, services, or systems that need to work together seamlessly in the background are the foundation.
Our platform and our technical and business expertise are what enable you to meet your set goals, not the other way around. Technical limitations should not restrict what you want to achieve.
The three levels of integration.
We use a simple model to understand where you are technically and where you are headed. What opportunities lie ahead of you?
Level 1
Operational Integration
Example
Swedish Consulting Firm
The Operational Integration harvests low-hanging fruit that streamlines and improves people's everyday lives.
Eliminate time-consuming manual handling
No risk of time-consuming errors
Improves profitability and reduces costs for the structure already in place without major interventions
A consulting firm with a few hundred employees has an HR tool, employee users and identities in the cloud, payroll and billing in one of the market's simpler administration systems, and utilization and resources in a separate tool.
The case for integration
Instead, the HR tool becomes a central point of truth. Employee management, including planning new assignments and invoicing, now runs in a single flow.
Consultants save time, administration drops sharply which cuts the company's overhead, and incorrect invoicing and "awkward conversations with the client" are kept to a minimum.
Not only does the work get done once instead of three times, the quality goes up too, and they stop missing hours that should have been billed.

Level 2
Value Integration
Example
Nordic Retail Chain
With a value integration, we leverage what you already have; fragmented transactions here and there instead become a unified picture.
Sales models that are automatically updated and take history into account
Optimized inventory levels
A supply chain that is in sync all the way to the end customer
Physical stores spread out geographically, a homegrown e-commerce site combined with a slightly dated point-of-sale solution, one of the most common ERP systems on the market, and a separate invoicing solution facing roughly fifty suppliers. Purchasing planned in an Excel sheet, mostly against last year's numbers. The result: sold-out products on the most important SKUs, leftover stock on plenty of other items, and a gross margin chipped away by clearance sales.
The case for integration
Inventory is better aligned with demand, lowering costs and significantly reducing lost sales.
Purchasing planning is done from a model instead of gut feeling and manually entered cells in a spreadsheet.
Budgeting, monitoring, and financial planning become much more aligned with reality.

Level 3
Strategic Integration
Example
European Tooling Manufacturer
By connecting tools and hardware telemetry directly within the commercial offering, the shift is made from selling physical equipment to selling production time as a subscription.
Transform a physical product into a service with completely different and better conditions for revenue and profit.
Telemetry and location tracking
Feedback loop for product development (R&D)
A European market leader in breaking and demolition tools for construction companies and contractors. Customers left to keep track of the tools themselves with no registration or location data, production losses when something breaks, and theft that delays construction by hours, or in the worst case days, written off as a cost of doing business.
The case for integration
Instead, telemetry, in-house service and customer workplace data are integrated into a subscription where payment consists partly of a fixed subscription fee, partly of the actual work performed.
Instead, the manufacturer guarantees functioning tools that are always available. Broken tools are replaced the same day. Thefts are covered by an insurance policy included in the price, with a low premium thanks to tracking.
Consumables are replenished automatically. The customer can see the position, usage, and operator of every tool across all jobsites. The data is also used by the manufacturer for further product development, as tool usage is stored centrally.

We have our own integration platform
We have our own
integration platform
We have our own integration platform. It exists because integrations are often complex for the wrong reasons.
Complexity usually doesn't come from meeting business goals; it just creeps in.
Our platform focuses on small, simple components tightly connected to the problem we're solving.

Robust and correctly dimensioned
An integration must be extremely stable and have just the right capacity. Unnecessary functions or vastly oversized capacity lead to higher costs and expensive maintenance. We don't like that.
Proactive problem solving
When older systems meet newer ones, things sometimes go wrong. Our goal is to know about it before you do. Usually we've already fixed the problem, or have a solution ready, before you've even had a chance to get in touch.
Our Interstate Platform is what we reach for first, but that's not always the right answer.
If your tool stack, your team, or your previous investments point in another direction, we will go with you. We work with the vast majority of platforms on the market, such as MuleSoft, Workato, Microsoft Azure Integration Services, and many more.
What we promise is that we will always propose the solution that is best for you. Without exception.

Let's talk about your integrations!
Whether you're working on an integration challenge about connecting systems at level 1, or you want to discuss something strategic at level 3, we'd love to hear from you.
