Are you a generalist?
Our definition of a generalist isn't someone who's bad at everything. It's someone who's very good at several things.
The one baseline requirement we have is a strong technical understanding and have realized that business is what drives a company forward. Some of us are skilled developers; others pull off magic tricks in Excel, or know how to lock down a server.
They are the ones with the mix we are looking for
Have you played in a symphony orchestra and worked in sales?
Or are you an engineer who has also worked as a chef?
Or do you like classical literature and have run your own business?
Or are you passionate about financial accounting and taekwondo?
What many people see as a weakness is a strength on our team.
Always wanting to know more, constantly learning new things, and never really settling for just knowing one thing. That is something we are looking for.
